I tried to call multiple fourth dimension and hard to have them, never helped to raplace SIM card that wasn't working and they didn't want to give me a. Refund, they go on my money without sending me a replacement card , this is scam and steal. Note the programme that I bought is online only and non available in the store . You tin can non leave whatever comment on their web site and over the telephone they hangout on you because they don't have whatever answer to y'all request


I been with Boost for over twelve…

I been with Boost for over twelve years, and I decided to free myself from your services for every negative review you ever received by a customer. I submitted a unproblematic asking to accept my telephone unlocked to let me to explore other carriers. With such a lack for compassion and empathy toward a kid with a debilitating disability. I write this review in disgust and horror. I made a simple and reasonable asking to unlock my phones but instead Boost was so rude and cavalier toward a child life was center wrenching and unbearable. For that reason, I write this review as a warning to consumers reading this, is how Heave Mobile treats their customers regardless how long you lot been a customer.


Awful service, self-service impossible, horrible wait times

Awful service. All customer service is outsourced. Cannot really use any self-service on their website considering information technology doesn't work. Any time I have to activate a device I accept to call considering it doesn't actually work on the website, it just says "Please try once more later." With everything they are currently doing in anticipation of the migration to the new 5G service, you lot would think this company was run by children. I ordered a new device to avoid service pause and they cancelled my guild without notifying me, then it took pretty much an entire business solar day just to place a phone order, because surprise, information technology cannot be done on the website. When I practise receive the new device, I cannot activate it online and have to expect several more than hours to speak to a representative.


I've had Boost almost 12 years

I've had Boost almost 12 years. As their plans changed, I gladly upgraded to the best service in my area. The latest change has me searching for a new provider. Unlimited 4g data plan at present has a cap and drops you lot down to 3g,which is of no employ to me. Goodbye Boost, hello Directly talk.


Things got bad fast

I had a expert experience with boost my whole life. I have now come to face up the harsh fate that many others like me have faced. I take a telephone I honey, Galaxy s9, that I paid off in xviii monthly payments of $33. I was and then happy to finally own a telephone I love. So comes the new sim menu. My phone now won't connect to whatever network on any sim and my telephone is unlocked.

I am extremely let down and discouraged and cannot beget a new telephone. Boost mobile is scum.


After 10 years of paying for service don't wait required assist

With more than x years of service, eventually I purchased a new Boost phone (at full price), not knowing that they would require a different plan at a 40% increase to actuate it. Later a time, I realized that I could change my new sim carte for a different 1 from Boost for $25 and retain my onetime plan. Soon, I found that Heave would exist discontinuing 3G service and my new phone with their sim would no longer accept service after 3/31/22. Now, I MUST pay at least 40% more than to continue using my phone, on which I use minimal data and minimal talk and text. On hands finding another plan at better features and ameliorate price, I tried to move my new phone -- NO, later on most 18 months I DIDN'T HAVE IT ON THEIR Plan LONG ENOUGH FOR THEM TO UNLOCK IT!. OK, then I'll only become another phone on a new service. After contracting with another service with More than data for 20% LESS money, I tried to move my number of more than ten years. NO --- not on my Boost dashboard anyway, and not with my account number which I had for my entire Boost service. On their "Chat", I establish that I needed to contact the Heave port in/out dept to motility a number. "Chat" instructions to contact that dept did not piece of work, simply after being on hold for more than two hours, and Boost assurances that they could help me, they merely asunder. On a subsequent phone contact from my new phone on my new service, Boost bounced me around for awhile before offering to transport my new account number from my newly discontinued account (due to my non-payment since they told me that they could not continue 3G service for another month) merely to my old cell phone and only if I paid for another month of service (or non-service) to enable information technology'southward reception. This was simply not worth the hassle and it was certainly best to be rid this vermin ASAP!! I would certainly recommend that anyone look for some other service which provides reasonable customer service and does not flaunt all FCC regulations at every turn.


Decline to replace defective phone that THEY tin't activate

I purchased a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G smart phone on boostmobile.com on January 13, 2022. It arrived a few days later. Since then, I have tried multiple times to activate the phone using a literal stack of Boost mobile SIM cards (yep, they are ALL "Expanded Network" SIM cards.) No success. "Something went wrong. Delight try again after." I have taken the telephone TWICE to the nearest Boost Mobile store (over an hour away.) THEY have tried to actuate the phone with MULTIPLE brand-new SIM cards. No success. I have contacted Boost Mobile Care Services MULTIPLE times. Every time, they try to activate the phone AGAIN, and every time, they say, "We demand to escalate this case." No example number. No zilch. Another week goes by. The "escalated" example goes NOWHERE. For several weeks now, I have demanded that Heave either supersede the telephone, or refund my money. They do NOTHING except to pretend to "escalate" the case Once more, and AGAIN, nada actually happens. No case number. No ticket number. No action at all. Nothing. Just the same routine EVERY TIME. "I'g and then sorry Sir..,allow me try to activate...there is a problem...I will have to escalate the instance..." Every time. No action at all. Information technology'south been two months. I am filing a complaint with the FCC as well. Boost mobile sold me a NEW phone that THEY can't actuate, tin't unlock, and REFUSE to supercede or refund. I am completely baffled.


This is past far the worst company I take…

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a sim menu to try for ane calendar month,
but take spent over 3hrs on the telephone plus plugging codes on their site trying to get my phone activated. My phone is still not working. I plan to become to their store tomorrow to meet what can be washed and endeavour to get my coin back so that I can switch to another carrier!


No star's is what this place actually…

No star'southward is what this place really deserves. Exercise not go to boost I was a 3 twelvemonth customer and I am moving on to another company. I want to keep my number and I need my account number, I got the run effectually from the net to over the telephone I have to go to a shop to get my business relationship number only and so I can keep my number I have had for iii years. Funny how they say they take business relationship security very serious just a f***ing lie. Funny how about of my accounts I log into it has my account number not heave they fah q over. At present I lost 35 for service and now will lose another twenty bucks just to get to a store to keep my number. DO Not Get BOOST.

The employees at this company turned off the voicemail feature on my cellphone. They then made repeated charges to the debit card I stored on file that were unauthorized. Numerous customer service reps lied about company policies and capabilities.


Heave Mobile IS THE WORST

Heave Mobile IS THE WORST! I've been going back and forth with all those overseas representatives and they are all no practiced! When I call, they hang up on me. When they say they're refunding my money that was double billed, they don't. When I inquire for a supervisor, they shut off my phone and cancel my policy. Who gives them the right to care for people this way!? My by phone carriers never treated me like this. I'g in the healthcare client service management field and I would NEVER care for my customers that way. Customers are our staff of life and butter. They pay our bills and deserve respect and loyalty. I had to give a one star rating, because zilch isn't an option. Heave Mobile has failed miserable countless times. I Practice Not recommend Boost Mobile!

I bought a phone. Returned under the 7 day refund. Multiple calls, multiple case numbers, no refund and no phone. If you purchase a phone from them, plan on information technology being yours.

Phones are expensive & mess upwardly inside a year. You have to get a telephone every year with heave. Also had to use hotspot due to snowfall storm that messed up wifi & service got damn about turned off. Tin't do anything but text or make calls. Grrrrr. Boost do better


Boost was fine until they changed their…

Boost was fine until they changed their network and made me upgrade to a new phone with SIM. At present, messages are very delayed, many coming in all at once after others in the grouping have chatted back and forth for quite a while. Sending uncomplicated images or gifs have several attempts. No longer recommend Boost. Had plenty. I'll be switching to another (non-Tmobile owned) company shortly.


Worst prison cell company

Never do business with heave mobile. I had a phone with them for years until they out of the blue decided to force everyone on heave to upgrade their telephone to 5g. This would have been fine if they had offered me the telephone for gratuitous but trying to charge me $120 for a jank picayune phone smaller than my six year old phone is a no go. I ain't paying nada extra just cuz y'all got greedy this month. So I go to change service, and of form boost is giving me the hardest fourth dimension in the world unlocking my phone I've called over a dozen times trying to get it washed every time some Pakistani woman tells me it's washed and she has it all taken care of. LIARS these people will tell you anything and then hang-upwards but to avert unlocking your phone YOU ain furthermore it was Heave who forced me out with their 5g bullcrap in the first place you didn't want my business from me and my old ass phone right? So why souch trouble just to get a unlock? Pieces of human **** is what these con artists are.

actually poor customer service, no way to block spam texts. Rep gave me a phone number for Samsung support, just information technology was a number to a individual individual in Indiana. I guess now I can expect spam from Boost mobile support giving out my number

A horrible icky visitor. Practise not utilise their service and if you are currently on it get out ASAP. No Not buy phones from them. Fifty-fifty if you pay them the full price they will get to every length to prevent you from unlocking the device you FULLY OWN.

They prevarication most submitting support cases and will lie to yous any chance they get to go on you in the frustrating wheel of calling in and getting the run-around.
